TS Cloud Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes the importance of protecting personal data. 1. The Company will comply with personal data protection laws and other regulations, and will make every effort to protect customers' important personal data.

3. Notifications regarding service usage, changes to usage fee conditions, suspension or discontinuation of services, contract termination, and provision of other Company services to customers.
4. Sending reports related to Company services via telephone, email, postal mail, and other channels.

7. Responding to inquiries and consultation on related matters.

To properly handle customer personal data, the Company has established internal regulations and management systems, conducts employee training, and takes appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal data. This policy will be continuously reviewed and improved, with maximum effort dedicated to protecting personal data.

Regarding customer personal data, in cases where the Company outsources or partners with external vendors to fulfill the business purposes described above, the Company will select partners that handle personal data with care and take necessary and appropriate measures such as signing confidentiality agreements. Additionally, when disclosure is required by government authorities pursuant to applicable laws, the Company will provide the data to said authorities.

When the Company receives a customer request for disclosure of personal data, the Company will respond promptly within a reasonable scope, but may require identity verification to confirm the requester's identity. Additionally, disclosure may be refused based on applicable laws in the following circumstances:
    • When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the customer or a third party.
    • When there would be a significant impediment to the proper execution of the Company's business.
    • Other matters that would violate applicable laws.
