Yes! Powered by Gemini Live technology, our system supports over 70 languages and is highly capable of understanding code-switching (e.g., English/Malay/Mandarin/Tamil). However, for this demo deployment, I am configured to respond primarily in English.
What if a customer asks a question you don't know? Will you make up answers?
You can rest completely assured! We utilize enterprise-grade RAG knowledge retrieval. I am strictly bound to answer based on the standard operating manuals provided by your company. If a question is not covered in the manual, I will never guess or hallucinate; instead, I will politely route the call to a human representative.
Can you handle multiple calls coming in at the exact same time?
As long as your existing phone system (such as a SIP trunk or hunting lines) supports concurrent calls, I can instantly open multiple lines and respond to all callers seamlessly without putting anyone on hold.
How much does this system cost to implement?
Our pricing structure is completely transparent. The initial setup and development fee is a one-time RM7,000, and the platform maintenance fee after going live is RM500 per month. You can think of it as hiring a 24/7 star receptionist for less than one-fifth of a local employee's salary.
If a customer dials the wrong number or hangs up after two rings, do we still get charged the AI processing fee?

Where are the AI call summaries sent?
By default, call summaries and action items can be pushed instantly to your Google Chat, Slack, or any other system you prefer so your team can follow up immediately.
Can I modify the AI's script or dialogue by myself?
You can provide updated scripts or flows to us, and our technical team will optimize and deploy them onto the system safely for you.
Can I access the raw audio recordings of every call?

Can you check customer appointment slots or real-time availability?
